Naming Rights:
To take ownership of the Fanzone, your brand then becomes an integral part of the marketing strategy for that event. Therefore all posters, leaflets, radio, press and Zone branding will carry your brand name. You can also get to work alongside the Western Cape Department of Cultural Affairs and Sport and promote your brands product at fanjols in the outlyng areas of the Western Cape
Coaching Clinic: Each Fanzone runs a coaching clinic prior to the start of the big match. This involves kids of all ages to encourage them to play the sport and to develop their skills. We arrange this through SAFA and the local Sports Councils. Sponsorship of this section would associate your brand with a very positive event and give back something to the communities.
Kidz Zone: Alongside the coaching clinic we have an area especially for the younger kids, here we build Jumping Castles and Slippy slides and ensure that they are in a safe environment for the day. This is an ideal opportunity to reach a target market at a young age whilst they are having fun.
Bar Zone: There is anticipated to be a minimum of 5000 people at each event this is a great opportunity for companies to build brands, sell product and introduce new brands. There are several opportunities in the Bar Zone: Beers, Ready to Drinks, Wine, Spirits, Energy Drinks, Cool Drinks.
Food Zone: A minimum of 5000 people are going to need to eat so therefore this Zone offers an opportunity for sales and brand awareness to a crowd that is present for most of the day.
